Carpet Cleaning

First we vacuum the areas to be cleaned; including cleaning the edges of the carpet and corners of the room, where dust and dirt tend to settle, in addition to pre-cleaning all generally soiled areas. Special attention is then given to stains and other problem areas, with a professional strength Cleaning Solution. We utilize the best cleaning agents in the industry. We then use Hot Water Extraction, the most thorough of the carpet cleaning methods per carpet manufactures and the IICRC. Following that, we vacuum pass twice to assure maximum moisture removal, this helps to speed the drying time (which varies between two to four hours). We then apply a neutralizer that balances the pH, and conditions the fibers much like conditioner softens the hair. We then apply either Genuine DuPont Teflon Advance protector, this comes with our exclusive 1 Year Spot Free "Peace of Mind" Warranty or Genuine 3M Scotchgard protector which comes with a 90 Day Spot Free Warranty. We then groom the carpet to leave it fluffed and beautiful. Note: the application of protector will prolong the drying time. Finally, we install a high velocity air mover afterward to speed up the drying process. We give you booties (shoe covers) so you can walk across your carpet without worry until it dries.

Spot Dyeing

Tile and Grout Cleaning/Sealing

We use powerful cleaning agents with our own hot water, under high pressure (that's right, we bring our own hot water!) to loosen and blast away dirt and grime lodged in the nooks and crannies of your grout. Using our special tools, we ensure that there is no splashing or mess to worry about. As a precaution, we pre-treat the base of any items that may be affected by the moisture (like the base of wood or mica cabinets) with an anti-wetting agent. We utilize a high-speed air mover, so that your floors dry faster. Also available: Grout sealer to maintain your beautifully cleaned grout.

Factories apply Teflon protective coating and recommend re-applying every 12 - 18 months. Carpet and Fabric Protection defends your carpet and upholstery against those unplanned accidents that seem to occur in today's hectic lifestyle. We apply the protector after we have cleaned your carpet or furniture, which creates a powerful, invisible protective coating around each fiber to help keep dirt, liquids and dust from adhering to the carpet and upholstery. It prevents spills from quickly soaking into your carpet and gives you more time to clean them up.

Your carpet and upholstery will stay cleaner longer, and clean up easier, so you will have fewer worries. Genuine DuPont Teflon Advance Protector comes with our One, 1-Year Spot Free "Piece of Mind" Warranty. If you get a spot or something spills on your carpet covered under the warranty and you try to remove it as instructed with the professional strength spot cleaner we give you and you are unable to remove it, Call Us. We will come out at no charge [ normally $85 minimum charge] and remove the spot for you. If we are unable to remove it, we will refund the price you paid for the protector in that room. *Either it works or its free!* Genuine 3M Scotchgard has the same warranty but is Limited to only 90 Days.

Please Note: Not all carpet and fabric protectors are the same! Many companies Do Not Use Genuine DuPont or 3M Products. Though they may refer to their product as "Teflon" or "Scotchgard" it is usually an inferior, generic knock off, that doesn't work nearly as well. Some unscrupulous cleaners may not apply the protector according to the manufacturers directions, sometimes watering it down, so it will not perform properly, leaving consumers to think it's ineffective, so it's not worth it. We Know Genuine Protectors work well when properly applied by qualified trained technicians. That's why we give you a written "Peace of Mind" Warranty with your application.

We clean and remove stains from upholstery, using methods that are just as effective and satisfying as what our carpet cleaning entails.

We use the industry's best sanitizers and cleaning agents, which contain fragrant deodorizers that will delight your senses. With the right chemistry, knowledge, equipment and tenacity, we can effectively get rid of the smell of cigarette smoke, mildew, rotten food, cat or doggie "mistakes," or anything else that's making your house unpleasant to the nose.

Urine Detection and Treatment

Urine decontamination is one of our specialties. We have the proper chemistry to effectively break down the composition of the urine, and there after ridding you of any unpleasant stains or odors. Urine detection happens before the regular cleaning process, and is considered one of the "problem areas." To ensure the successful removal of urine contamination of both the stains and odor please notify our office when scheduling your appointment either that you suspect or that you know for sure that there is urine contamination. It will be well worth the peace of mind to have it properly treated because Urine contains alkaline salts which will hold moisture harboring bacteria and other gross things for years to come. Our Technicians are armed with a device that can detect theses bacteria harboring spots and the proper chemistry for urine decontamination. But remember: We must know beforehand of the urine contamination.
